Female Training Programme
A programme that is specifically designed for female trainees. Built for those who are looking to lose body fat and tone up. This programme will consist of 2 training phases that will target all muscle groups with a focus on legs and glutes. Phase 1 will include 2 lower body workouts, 1 upper body workout and a core/calves routine. Phase 2 will include 3 lower body workouts, 2 upper body workouts with core and calve routines included. Bodyweight HIIT and cardio options available.
