Female Training Programme

A programme that is specifically designed for female trainees. Built for those who are looking to lose body fat and tone up. This programme will consist of 2 training phases that will target all muscle groups with a focus on legs and glutes. phase 1 will include 2 lower body workouts, 1 upper body workout and a core/calves routine. Phase 2 will include 3 lower body workouts, 2 upper body workouts with core and calve routines included. Bodyweight HIIT and Cardio options available.

Once you have purchased your workout programme, everything you need will be accessible on your phone and laptop including video examples of exercises.
